Level 2 - Second bathroom that comes with a sauna, shower, toilet, washing machine and a dryer + 2 more bedrooms. One bedroom comes with a comfortable king size bed and second with a single bed. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes to fit all your clothes and belongings. Linen, towels, slippers, shower gel and soap are provided. Free parking located in the yard.

The apartment is situated in a quiet Kassisaba neighbourhood next to the City Centre and close to the Old Town.

If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover non-refundable expenses in case of unexpected events such as illness, injury, or flight cancellations.

Guest registration form and refundable security deposit of €100 is required before arrival.

- A refundable security deposit of €100 is required before arrival and will be collected by bank transfer or card. The deposit will be fully refunded within 24 hours but no later than 5 days after check-out, provided the apartment is left in good condition and passes inspection.
