⬩ Kitchen (open to living area): Refrigerator, stove, hot water kettle, French press coffee maker, wine glasses, cooking basics (pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper), dishes and silverware (bowls, plates, cups, etc.).

⬩ Comfort & safety: Free Wi-Fi, smoke alarm, heating, and elevator in the building.

Property access

You will have the entire loft apartment to yourself, including the bedroom, living area, bathroom, and kitchen. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building with elevator access. Standard check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 12:00.

Communication with guests

When you have any questions, we are online daily from 10:00 – 22:00. Our Old Town office is open from 10:00 – 18:00, where you can store your luggage and get help with plans or recommendations.

If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover non-refundable expenses in case of unexpected events such as illness, injury, or flight cancellations.

Guest registration form and refundable security deposit of €100 is required before arrival.

- A refundable security deposit of €100 is required before arrival and will be collected by bank transfer or card. The deposit will be fully refunded within 24 hours but no later than 5 days after check-out, provided the apartment is left in good condition and passes inspection.

Earlier check in was denied, do to a need of cleaning. Place was really dusty, so clearly there haven't been any cleaning done that day or in a week. No microwave. And the biggest problem, the air ventilation. It made so much noise that I have had better sleep on plane. But the loft was beautiful. Lots of pillows and blankets and the bed was comfy. Also wine glasses were beautiful and bathroom aroma was lovely.

Great location: everything is within walking distance, the coach station is just opposite with fantastic local breakfast options. Comfort, cleanliness and kind treatment from the hosts. Nice interior, I could even live here. All the amenities are perfect: it is part of the Tallinn experience! Affordable prices. Absolutely recommended!
