⬩ Kitchen (open to living area): Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee maker, wine glasses, trash compactor, cooking basics (pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper), dishes and silverware (bowls, plates, cups, etc.).

⬩ Comfort & safety: Free Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), smoke alarm, heating, and elevator access.

Property access

You will have the entire loft apartment to yourself, including the living and sleeping areas, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment is located on the second floor with elevator access. Standard check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 12:00.

Communication with guests

If you have any questions, we are online daily from 10:00 – 22:00. Our Old Town office is open from 10:00 – 18:00, where you can store your luggage and get help with plans or recommendations.

Cancellation Policy

If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover non-refundable expenses in case of unexpected events such as illness, injury, or flight cancellations.

Guest registration form and refundable security deposit of €100 is required before arrival.

- A refundable security deposit of €100 is required before arrival and will be collected by bank transfer or card. The deposit will be fully refunded within 24 hours but no later than 5 days after check-out, provided the apartment is left in good condition and passes inspection.
