Property access

Guests have full access to the apartment. A 24/7 reception is located on the first floor for parking and laundry arrangements (both available at extra cost). Standard check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is at 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for a fee, depending on availability.

Communication with guests

If you have any questions, we are online daily from 10:00 – 22:00. Our Old Town office is open from 10:00 – 18:00, where you can store your luggage and get help with plans and recommendations. Please note: the people in the building are not part of our team – they are building staff.
